What does the design process look like from start to finish?
Every project begins with an initial consultation — a conversation where we take the time to truly understand you. Your lifestyle, your taste, your vision, and the way you move through your home. From there, we develop a design concept that serves as the creative foundation for everything that follows.
Once the direction is approved, we move into the detailed design phase: sourcing materials, curating furniture and finishes, coordinating with our trusted trades, and building out a project timeline that keeps everything on track. You will be presented with a cohesive design that has been thoughtfully considered from every angle — not a mood board of ideas, but a complete vision ready for execution.
From there, we manage the full implementation. Every delivery, every installation, every detail — handled. We don't consider a project complete until the space feels exactly as it was designed to feel.
How do you charge for your services?
We work on a flat project fee, determined by the scope and scale of your project. This structure was chosen intentionally — it means our energy is always focused entirely on your project, never on the clock. You will know exactly what you are investing before we begin, with no surprises along the way.
Your fee will be outlined clearly following your initial consultation, once we have a full understanding of what your project requires.
How do you manage budget throughout the project?
With complete transparency. From the moment your project begins, every expenditure is tracked in a detailed budget sheet that is maintained and updated throughout the life of your project. You will always have a clear picture of where your investment is going and what remains.
We are deeply mindful of the trust our clients place in us — financially and otherwise — and we approach budget management with the same level of care and precision that we bring to the design itself.
How long will my project take from start to finish?
Every project is different, and we believe timelines should reflect that. A single room refresh and a full-home renovation are entirely different undertakings, and we would never apply a one-size-fits-all answer to either.
What we will always provide is a clear, realistic project timeline before work begins — one that is honest about what each phase requires and built around delivering the best possible result, not simply the fastest one. Timeline expectations will be discussed in detail during your initial consultation.
Do you take on a limited number of projects at a time?
We are intentional about our project load. The number of projects we carry at any given time is determined by scope — because our commitment to every client is the same, regardless of the size of their project. We will never stretch ourselves thin at the expense of your experience.
This is also why securing your spot on our calendar with a deposit matters. Our availability is limited by design, and we want to ensure that every client we work with receives exactly what they came to us for.
